Takebishi Stadium Kyoto

Takebishi Stadium Kyoto is a multi-purpose venue inside Nishikyogoku Comprehensive Sports Park that hosts track and field events and football matches, within walking distance of Hankyu Nishikyogoku Station. It is the home ground of Kyoto Sanga and has both a track and a grass pitch, used for marathon training and football games. Most of the stands have no roof except for part of the main stand, so an umbrella or raincoat is needed on rainy days, and the scoreboard on the away side shows colour after remodelling. Parking around the stadium is limited, making it difficult to park on match days.
