HIGHBALL BAR UENO station 1923 is a highball bar on the second floor of Atre Ueno EAST in Ueno, Taito City, Tokyo. It serves highballs made with pure ice columns, naturally carbonated water, and Usuhari glasses, and also sells Napolitan and coffee parfait. It is open from 11:00 to 23:00 Monday through Saturday, and until 22:30 on Sundays and public holidays. Katsukare is served only at weekday lunch.
