対馬醤油 つしま総本舗(株)

Eguchi Soy Sauce Factory sells soy sauce, doenjang, soy sauce pudding and soft ice cream, and sits on the road from Izuhara to the passenger terminal in Tsushima. A little soy sauce is poured over the soy sauce ice cream, and the soy sauce pudding and sake lees pudding can be tasted as well. The brewery has run since 1887 and uses Korean-style meju fermentation, and tasting and sampling of the individual soy sauces is encouraged. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
