Cafe Velocce is a chain cafe on Azuma-dori in Tokyo, a six-minute walk from the Seibu exit of JR Ikebukuro Station. It serves coffee and grilled hot dogs, and the grilled dog comes with a juicy sausage and plenty of pickles. The cafe has power outlets and Wi-Fi, and its smoking booth holds up to four people. Seating is mostly individual, which suits staying alone, and the smell of smoke from the booth drifts into the store.
