Cafe comme ça

Cafe Comssa sells cakes and tarts made with seasonal fruit, and it sits on the second floor of the Ikebukuro Tobu department store, a two-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. The menu centers on items topped with large pieces of fruit, such as mango parfait and strawberry tart, and eat-in plates sometimes come with a cocoa powder pattern. Around 1 p.m. on a weekday, four groups were waiting, with one case of about 20 minutes spent on chairs outside the store. A slice of cake is on the small side.
