Shot bar ELM is a Japanese-style bar near the west exit of Ikebukuro Station, serving Japanese sake, Japanese whisky, and original cocktails. The Sakiniku is a cocktail made to make sake easy to drink, and the bartender makes original cocktails based on your preferences. During the day it operates as a Japanese restaurant called Harunire, and at night it becomes a bar with a wide counter. The entrance is narrow and the inside is not clearly visible from outside, so entering can be hesitant at first.
