A chef with a Western background prepares dishes such as salty corned beef potato salad, iwashi and pickled ginger atemaki, and charred cheese curry risotto. Maguro butsu is served as otoshi, orders are placed by QR code, and there are counter and table seats. On weekends seats fill from around 5 PM, so reservations are needed.
