Bar Slow

Bar Slow is a whisky and cocktail bar in the east alleys of Ikebukuro. It serves a range of whiskies, and the master selects drinks to match your taste or mood. The counter has only six seats, and there is no menu; you tell the master your budget first and the drinks are matched to it. With so few seats, finding a place is difficult.
