Bar Matsukasa

Bar Matsukasa is a bar in Tokyo, a one- to two-minute walk from the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. Cocktails are made to the feeling you describe, and curry is also served. Inside, the bar counter is finished with plaster walls and ranma, and around 10:15 on a Sunday night about 30 percent of the seats were taken.
