BAR KING RUM

BAR KING RUM is a bar in the west exit area of Ikebukuro, Tokyo, specializing in rums from around the world. It stocks about 600 types of rum and serves mojitos made with Cuban sugar, along with a mojito chaser that is drunk by pouring water into the emptied glass. The small, long-running Ikebukuro shop has a DJ playing Caribbean music every Thursday, and orders can be placed from the menu. There are table seats, but the space is small and centered on the counter, so seating choices are limited.
