Tokyo Mizumachi

Tokyo Mizumachi is a complex of cafes, restaurants, and shops under the elevated tracks along the Sumida River between Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. At the cafes you can have coffee and a simple meal or take it out to the riverside terrace and benches. You can stop by on the walk from Asakusa across the river along the Sumida River Walk, and the Spacia train passes above the shops. The shops close early, so eating and drinking tea at night is difficult.
