JAPANESE UNAGI YOSAKURA Asakusabashi serves freshwater eel over rice and hitsumabushi, and sits two minutes from Asakusabashi Station. The eel is eaten three ways: plain, with dashi broth poured over it as ochazuke, and with yuzu added. At the counter seats, the grilled eel is sliced and placed on the rice in view of the diners. The regular portion comes with half an eel, and the whole-eel menu is enough to leave you full.
