Yajiumatei

Yajiumatei is a teppanyaki restaurant in Nishiikebukuro, Toshima City, Tokyo, serving monjayaki, okonomiyaki and yakisoba to a mostly local crowd. Guests cook the monjayaki and yakisoba themselves on the griddle, and staff show first-timers how to do it or cook it for them.
