Udon Buzjenbo is an udon shop in Tokyo, in an alley across from Don Quijote in Nakameguro, between Ikejiri-Ohashi and Nakameguro. The noodles are chewy and appear hand-cut, served with fish cake and fried tofu, and the menu also includes plum and tororo kelp udon. At lunch, fried rice comes with the udon, and in the evening the shop turns into an izakaya-style place with drinks. Portions of the udon and the side dishes are not large.
