Tsunahachi

Tsunahachi Shibuya Seibu is a tempura restaurant on the eighth floor of the Seibu department store next to Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Its tempura set moves from shrimp, squid, kisu and green pepper to anago and small shrimp kakiage, all fried crisp in sesame oil in a thin batter. Dishes arrive at the table one at a time rather than all at once, brought out as each plate is finished. Lunch service ends at 2:30 p.m.
