Tsukiji Sushisei Honten is a sushi restaurant inside Tsukiji Market in Tokyo that serves sushi and omakase. It offers omakase and lunch sets, and nigiri is pressed to order at the counter. On a weekday evening there was no wait to get in, and on a weekday lunch the wait was under 30 minutes. The shari holds a lot of moisture and comes across as soft rice.
