Torifuji Shimbashi

Torifuji Shimbashi is a traditional yakitori restaurant in Shimbashi, close to the Karasumori exit of Shimbashi Station. The liver is grilled over charcoal and left half-cooked so the inside stays moist, and the skewers also include tsukune and natto rolls. The interior is always full and has many regulars. Smoking is allowed indoors.
