Tonkatsu Kawamura is a tonkatsu restaurant a three-minute walk from Ichigaya Station in Tokyo, up a slope in front of the station. It serves rosu and hire cutlets with a crisp coating that is not heavy with oil. The seating is mostly an 11-seat counter plus two four-person tables, and orders are sometimes taken while customers are still in line. Lunch reservations are not accepted, so the wait can run 10 to 15 minutes.
