Tendon Fuji

Tendon Fuji is a small counter-style tendon restaurant in Ikebukuro that serves ebi tendon and a special tendon. The tendon comes in six types, with toppings such as shrimp, squid, and eel placed over rice, and misoshiru is served alongside. The shop has only 8 to 10 counter seats, and local office workers stop by after work. Basic orders are placed in Japanese, and the tare is poured over the fried toppings, so the texture is only lightly crisp.
