Sushi Kunimitsu

Sushi Kunimitsu is near Higashinakano Station in Nakano City, Tokyo, and serves creative sushi and seafood dishes as an omakase course. The course includes aged fish, white shrimp marinated with tea leaves, and combinations such as shallot and tuna rolls, with sake pairing. The restaurant runs two seatings by reservation, at 18:30 and 20:30, and after the meal guests move to a room used only for dessert. The entrance sign is plain, so it is easy to walk past on a first visit.
