Suehiro

Suehiro is a small standing-only shop in Hatchobori, Tokyo that serves soba and udon. Diners top their noodles with squid, chicken, or vegetable tempura, and local office workers mostly choose the soba. The line continues past 9 a.m., with a wait of about 10 minutes, and five to six people stand inside to eat. Payment is cash only.
