Soybean Farm is a restaurant in Kichijoji that sells miso from across Japan and serves miso dishes, set down an alley off Kichijoji Nakamichidori in Tokyo. Its main dish, roll cabbage, comes with white miso or a miso soup chosen from six options, along with a rice ball. About 20 to 30 kinds of miso are sold at the front of the shop, scooped from 100 grams, and the dining space inside has about 12 seats. With so few seats, lunch involves a 5 to 15 minute wait or the room fills up quickly.
