Somen

Somen is a ramen shop near Kinshicho JR Station in Sumida City, Tokyo, about a five-minute walk from the rear exit of Lotte City Hotel toward the station. It serves shoyu ramen, miso ramen, tsukemen, and teppan gyoza, with thick broth and chewy noodles. Ordering is done by scanning a QR code, water is self-service, and there is plenty of seating on the first and second floors. The broth, including the miso ramen, is on the salty side.
