Soba Tajima

Sobatajima is a buckwheat soba specialist in Nishiazabu, Tokyo, a 10-minute walk from Hiroo Station. Its signature dishes are duck soba and warm soba served with fried anago. Advance reservation by phone is required, and without one you cannot eat there. Portions run small.
