Soba Roppon is a soba restaurant between Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown that serves soba and fried items. It offers a set of soba with fried items, and tendon can also be ordered. Local diners make up much of the crowd, and arriving at opening time means eating without a wait. The fried items turn soggy and oily over time.
