Shutoku ganso

Shutoku ganso is a sushi restaurant in the back alleys of Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. It serves omakase sushi, with two omakase options available, and some pieces come with salt, lime, or yuzu. The restaurant opens at 11 and takes customers first-come without reservations, with guests waiting for the first seating as early as 10:20. There are only 10 counter seats, and the interior is very narrow.
