Shinjukugyioenmae Sushi Labo

Shinjuku Gyoenmae Sushirabo is a sushi omakase restaurant in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Its course includes cherry-wood-smoked sushi and sushi topped with eel, mackerel, and sea urchin, served alongside steamed egg custard and green tea. The staff explain the fish and other unfamiliar ingredients and pace the sushi to each diner's eating speed. The portions of sushi are on the small side.
