Sarashina Maruya is a soba restaurant in Kyobashi, Tokyo, about a 10-minute walk from the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station. Its representative menu items are shrimp tempura soba and a tendon set, and the soba noodles are thin and chewy. On weekday lunchtimes there can be a 10- to 20-minute line, but tables turn quickly and food is served fast. Only cash is accepted.
