Sapporo Misono

Sapporo Misono is a ramen shop selling miso ramen at the Tokyo Ramen Kokugikan in Aqua City Odaiba, Tokyo. Its signature Sapporo rich miso ramen uses yellow, medium-thick curly noodles topped with bean sprouts and wood ear mushrooms. The broth and bowl are served hot, so the warmth lasts to the last spoonful, and gyoza can be ordered alongside. The miso broth is rich but not heavy, easy to drink to the end.
