Sanoya is a small teppan restaurant in Nihonbashiningyocho, Chuo City, Tokyo, serving okonomiyaki and monjayaki. The menu includes mentaiko monjayaki, pork, octopus and shrimp okonomiyaki, curry beef okonomiyaki, and yakisoba. After 9 p.m., okonomiyaki may sell out, and customers grill their ordered okonomiyaki on the teppan themselves or ask the owner to do it. A staff member who speaks Korean helps with orders, but the restaurant does not accept cards and takes cash only.
