Roppongi Kinmezushi

Roppongi Kinmezushi is a sushi restaurant in Roppongi, Tokyo. The meal starts with an omakase course, after which diners can freely add individual pieces of sushi and drink unlimited Japanese sake, including Yamazaki and Hakushu. The restaurant seats eight at the counter, where the chef explains each dish and piece of sushi one by one. It operates by reservation only, so walk-ins are not possible.
