Oyster Shack Shimbashi

Oyster Hut Shinbashi is a semi-basement seafood restaurant under the railway tracks, a short walk from Shinbashi Station. Raw oysters are listed by origin and can be ordered as a set of five, and grilled oysters and seafood come with matching wines. A reservation two days in advance opens an all-you-can-eat menu of oysters, shrimp and squid, with each oyster grilled six minutes per side. Drinks can be ordered at the restaurant or brought in, and bringing your own drink adds a separate charge.
