Ootoya

Ootoya is a Japanese chain restaurant near Ikebukuro Station that serves home-style Japanese food. Its set meals include grilled fish, karaage, and tofu rice bowls, accompanied by rice, soup, and side dishes, with different breakfast menus by day of the week. Each table has a QR code for ordering by smartphone, and there are single, two-person, and group seats plus a self-service coffee and tea bar. During meal times it is busy enough that seats are almost full or about five groups are waiting.
