Omakase sushi Sushinosuke

Sushinosuke is a counter restaurant serving omakase sushi on the basement first floor of the New Shimbashi Building in front of Shimbashi Station. The meal is a set of around 20 pieces of nigiri and dishes, including mekabu ponzu, plum chawanmushi, and conger eel. Seating is by reservation only, with three start times at 17:00, 19:00, and 21:00, and guests must enter at the appointed time. Reservations are booked more than two years out.
