Sushimichi Sinbashi is an omakase sushi restaurant a three-minute walk from Shinbashi Station, serving fish mainly from Hokkaido and tuna from Toyosu Market. The omakase course includes sushi such as amaebi, otoro and anago, along with Hokkaido uni and botan ebi, and unlimited Japanese sake is available. The small counter-centered space fills up quickly, so a reservation is required before visiting. The narrow interior leaves little room between seats.
