Nande Ya

Nande Ya is an izakaya in Odaiba that serves drinks and anju, with orders placed on a touchscreen at the table. Beer took about 20 minutes and food about 40 minutes, and in one case a sold-out item was announced after a wait of nearly an hour. The menu and the area around the food are sticky. Hygiene management is poor.
