Sushi Nanba Hibiya is an Edomae sushi restaurant in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, in the Hibiya area. It adjusts the temperature of each neta by fish type and serves shari at human skin temperature. The restaurant moved from Asakaya to Tokyo Midtown Hibiya in 2018 and has eight counter seats and one private room. Reservations are difficult for foreign customers, so seats must be secured in advance.
