Monsoon Cafe Odaiba is a pan-Asian restaurant in Aqua City Odaiba in Tokyo, with window seats that look out on the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower. It serves nasi goreng, tom yum goong, pad thai and a range of cocktails, and you can ask for cilantro on the side. From a window seat you can see the Rainbow Bridge and the Tokyo Tower night view even on rainy days, and on weekday evenings there are cases of being seated right away without a reservation. Without a window seat, you lose the direct view of the Rainbow Bridge.
