Monja Kura

Monja Kura is a monjayaki restaurant on the Monjayaki Street in Tsukishima, Tokyo. It serves mentaiko, mochi, and cheese monjayaki and squid ink monjayaki, cooked on a griddle at the table. On a first order, staff can cook it for you, or you can follow the cooking instructions yourself. The seasoning is on the less salty side, though not entirely unsalted.
