Menya Mikan

Menya Mikan is a shoyu ramen shop a five-minute walk from Naka-Meguro Station in Tokyo. Its chuka soba comes with a broth of animal stock plus mackerel, anchovy and katsuobushi, medium-thick straight noodles, and char siu smoked over charcoal. The shop is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with no break, and orders are placed at the ticket machine at the entrance. The noodle portion is on the small side.
