Matsuya Toyocho is a self-service Japanese chain restaurant in Toyo, Koto City, serving gyudon, set meals, and curry. The breakfast set lets you choose a mini beef plate or natto, and gyudon is also a main menu item. You order at the ticket machine at the entrance and pick up your food when your number appears on the screen, with English menus and contactless payment available.
