Manin is a Japanese restaurant in Daikanyama that serves soba and pork shabu-shabu. Its signature dishes are shabusuki, in which pork, green onion, and lettuce are cooked in a special soba tsuyu, and tsukemen soba, which is dipped in a rich meat broth. It is about a five-minute walk from Daikanyama Station, and at lunch, ordering a large size gets you half soba and half udon. It is on the second basement floor, so the entrance is hard to find.
