Kura Sushi

Kura Sushi is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in the Shibuya downtown area of Tokyo. Orders are placed on a tablet, covering tuna sushi along with uni and crab leg sushi. Without a reservation, you take a numbered ticket and wait until your number appears on a monitor, and the wait is long even on weekdays. Water and payment are self-service, so waiting for staff to respond is a drawback.
