Kioicho Mitani

Kioicho Sushi Mitani is a sushi restaurant inside Kioicho Garden Terrace in Tokyo, directly connected to Nagatacho Station. It serves nigiri and side dishes as a course, with wine, Japanese sake, and tea pairings available as well. Each piece of nigiri differs in aroma, temperature, and the looseness of the shari, and is eaten slowly at the counter. Reservations fill early, so seats must be secured before visiting.
