Kanoya

Kanoya Shinbashi is a soba and udon shop visible right from the entrance of Shinbashi Station. The menu offers shrimp tempura udon, vegetable tempura, and katsudon, with noodles chosen as either soba or udon. Customers buy a meal ticket from the vending machine at the entrance, hand it to the counter, and state whether they want a hot broth or a cold dish, after which the food comes out quickly. The soba noodles soften fast and are far from a chewy texture.
