Tonkatsu Ise Tocho is a tonkatsu set-meal restaurant in the basement dining area of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The tonkatsu comes with shredded cabbage, sauce on the table, and miso soup. An English menu is available for foreign customers. There is a line during lunch hours.
