Ippudo Roppongi is a ramen shop near Roppongi Station and Tokyo Tower that serves Hakata ramen and gyoza. The tonkotsu ramen has a soft, deep broth, and chashu and egg can be added, with garlic available as a free topping. The gyoza come bite-sized and are easy to eat alongside the ramen, and the chashu is on the soft side. The broth and the menu overall run salty.
