Ippei Soba

Itpei Soba is a small soba shop in Koganei, Tokyo. Its main dish is abura soba, served in regular, medium, and large sizes, and you can change the flavor with mayonnaise, garlic rayu, and vinegar. You order by buying a ticket from a ticket machine and handing it to the staff, and there is a parking lot behind the shop. Lines form and the shop is nearly full at weekday lunch and dinner.
