Ganso Stamina Manten Ramen Suzuki is a ramen shop a three-minute walk from Mitaka Station. Its stamina soba comes loaded with pork, chives and onion, and garlic, ginger and back fat are added at no charge. The shop is underground, so on rainy days the line forms without umbrellas, and toppings are chosen just before ordering. On weekends the wait to get in can run over two hours.
