Fukki Ramen

Fukki Ramen is a small ramen shop in Shibadaimon, Minato City, Tokyo, serving tonkotsu and spicy miso ramen. It sits near Tokyo Tower, within a five-minute walk of Daimon Station. The tonkotsu broth is rich pork bone, topped with soft chashu, spinach and bean sprouts, and the noodles come slightly thick. Diners order at an entrance kiosk in Korean and other languages, hand the ticket to staff, and food arrives within ten minutes in a space with only a counter and two four-person tables; the broth is on the salty side.
